Summer Camp Updates !
Hello Scouts!
It’s me again! I just attended a summer camp meeting and found lots of good information about the camp.
We are days away from going to summer camp. Here is some important information.
- All ATV or COPE climbing program participants must complete the attached permission forms. (those attending the O.U.T. program – this includes you as well. I have attached both forms here.
- O.U.T. Program participants, you will stay two nights on a backpacking trip. Bring a backpacking tent. They will have tents for you on your other night’s stay, and you will be back at base camp on Friday night with the rest of the troop.
- All Campers – Bug spray – Mosquitos are not a big issue, but Ticks are.
- All campsites have canvas tents with cots and mattresses, so pack accordingly.
I will have more information at our next meeting. Remember to bring your health forms. We need to wrap those up this next week.
