    Good afternoon, I will be conducting introduction to leadership skills for troops (ILST) at the church tomorrow from 9am to 12pm. This training is for any members of the PLC, but not limited to just them. Scouts will need to be in there class A uniforms and bring note taking materials and a positive attitude!!!
