🏕️🌲 CUB SCOUT FAMILY CAMP IS COMING! 🌲🏕️
🔥 Pack your tents, gather the family, and get ready for a weekend full of fresh air, outdoor adventures, campfire memories, and fellowship with our Cub Scout families!
Family Camp is a fantastic opportunity to step away from the daily hustle, spend quality time together, and get to know the other families in our Pack. Dens may have a few fun activities planned, but there will also be plenty of time for your family to explore, relax, and make your own adventures!
⛺ HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
🌲 Camping Options: This is a two-night Pack campout! Families can arrive Friday evening or Saturday morning to set up camp. Can’t stay overnight? No problem! Come out for the day and enjoy the fun with us! We have reserved the group site, and camping is only $10 per family! You will still need to pay your entrance fees to Mission Tejas, which are $4 a day for adults; kids 12 and under are free.
🍔 Food & Fellowship: Families are responsible for their own meals throughout the weekend. For Saturday night, you can pre-order a plain hamburger and chips for just $5 per meal. Bring your favorite toppings and condiments! Not a fan of cooking at camp? Team up with another family or your den and make a meal together. It’s a great way to share the workload and build friendships!
🎒 NEED CAMPING GEAR? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED!
Don’t let a lack of equipment keep your family from joining the fun! If you need a tent, sleeping bags, a camp stove, or other gear, PLEASE reach out! Our Pack has loaner equipment, and several experienced Scouting families may have extras to share.
