Important Info for AOL Parents!
Hey Arrow of Light Families!
Just a quick reminder that Fall Family Camp sign-ups close TOMORROW! Please attend if you’re able. Our AOLs are required to participate in a campout in order to complete their rank this year.
We will share more information soon about which requirements we’ll be completing while camping, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and how to help your Scout be prepared.
If your Scout cannot attend Fall Family Camp, our Scoutmaster has invited them to join the Troop’s December campout instead.
Troop Campout: December 12–14 at the Brookshire’s Rec Area
If your Scout will need to attend the December campout, please let Lacey or me know as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the Troop. Jason will need our headcount by the end of November to make arrangements.
We also had our committee meeting yesterday, and we’re excited to share that we have a new date for Crossover! 🎉
Because everything is approaching so quickly, we decided to bump it just a little — our new Crossover Ceremony date will be February 13.
If you’d like to help plan this special ceremony for our Scouts, we’d love to have you! Just let us know and we’ll get you plugged in.
