No Meeting Tonight – Need Sign Ups ASAP

We will not be meeting tonight. Many scouts and families are out of town. However, we have 3 URGENT matters we need feedback on.
Cain Elementary Service Project – Greenhouse
We will meet tomorrow morning at 8 AM to begin building the Greenhouse for Mrs. Stephens’s class at Cain Elementary. If we continue later, the scouts will be fed lunch. Scouts need to bring water and sunscreen. Please send me a text message if your scout (or yourself) is planning to be there. (903) 530-9378
Arkansas Campout This Weekend
If your scout plans to camp this weekend, we need them signed up ASAP (https://troop359.com/camp/). Please note in the comments if you can leave earlier on Friday (4 PM) instead of the regular 6 PM departure. We’ll most likely have two groups going. The cost is $20 (https://troop359.com/pay/). We are staying in cabins with full amenities and will be cooking as a Troop rather than patrols.
Valen’s Eagle Project
Valen Preusse is hosting his Self-Defense and First Aid Seminar this weekend. He would like a couple of scouts (who are not camping) to help volunteer. The dates and times are March 21st (4pm – 7pm), March 22 (11am – 2pm), and March 23rd (11am – 2pm) at Nuons Martial Arts in Whitehouse.
