Service Project/Build Day/Crossover Planning!

I have a few important reminders and updates as we head into a busy (and exciting!) time for our AOL Scouts.

Crossover Planning
Nicole was kind enough to put together a short survey to help with crossover planning. Please take a few minutes to fill it out when you see the link below—it will really help us plan well for our scouts.

*The February campout details are still in the works, but the location should be somewhere fairly local. I’ll add more details about that as I receive them.

Service Project – Tomorrow at 3:00 PM
Our service project is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 PM.

  • Please have Scouts bring work gloves if they have them.

  • Dress weather- and activity-appropriate (old clothes are best).

  • This is our last remaining requirement, so it’s very important that they attend if possible.

If your Scout is not planning to be there, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss an alternative.

Pinewood Derby Build Day – Tomorrow Morning
Don’t forget we also have Pinewood Derby Build Day tomorrow from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. This is a great chance to get cars started (or finished!) with help and tools available.
