PWD Check in & Race Day
Good Morning Cub Families!
We are officially one day closer to our big Pinewood Derby Race Day, and the excitement is building!
Car Check-In Reminder:
All cars must be checked in on Friday evening from 6:00–8:00 PM at the church. If needed, you may send your Scout’s car with another Cub Scout family; however, all cars must be checked in Friday night in order to race on Saturday. Racing will begin at 9am on Saturday!
To help things move quickly and smoothly, please register your car in advance using the link below so we can load everything into the race software ahead of time:
Volunteers Needed:
To ensure a smooth and timely event, we need parent volunteers for both check-in and race day. This event cannot take place without volunteers. Please consider lending a hand by signing up using the link below:

Race Day Update:
This year, all cars will race together rather than being separated by den time slots. Don’t worry—results will still recognize 1st through 3rd place by den. This new format will allow us to move through races much faster and enjoy the day together as one Pack.
And don’t forget—our AOLs will be hosting a concession stand, featuring Starbucks coffee ☕ (yes, really!).
We can’t wait to see everyone there and cheer on our racers. It’s going to be a great day!
