Pack Meeting Tonight, Flag Delivery, and Webelos Camp!

Hello Webelos Families!

Tonight is our Pinewood Derby Pack meeting where we’ll find out who won the races, and other competitions. Please have your scout wear their class A uniforms.

I need a family to volunteer to set out five flags at the Harley Davidson Store this week. My family is not able to do it this time, so please reach out if you’re able to help. My number is 936-645-0707. Thank you!

Webelos Camp dates have been announced! Save the dates of June 3rd through June 7th. This is a great opportunity for your scout to start camping on their own (parents are welcome, but not required to come). It takes place at Camp Pirtle. You will sign up and pay through our website. I’ll send out an email once sign-ups are live. I will also send information on the cost, soon.

UPCOMING DATES:

Den Meetings February 17th and 24th

AOL Crossover- February 15th if you would like to attend the crossover ceremony for the AOL scouts, it is this Saturday morning at First Baptist Church in Whitehouse at 9am. We can watch these scouts “crossover” from Cub Scouts to members of a Scout Troop. It’s a great experience, and can help us plan for our crossover ceremony next year (!!!).

Blue and Gold Ceremony- March 1st at First Baptist Church in Whitehouse.  This where our Scouts will earn their Webelos rank! There will be dinner served at 5:00 (for a small fee) and the ceremony begins at 6:00. Each family who attends the dinner is asked to please bring a dessert.  (Families are not required to attend the dinner.) There will be more information and sign-ups for the dinner coming, soon.

Thank you!
