2025 Rose Parade Information

Good Evening!

For those who are attending the Rose Parade, here is some updated information:

Scouts (and walking parents) need to meet at the corner of Glenwood and Front Street between 7:30 and 7:45 AM. We will meet on the Southeast (Bottom Right) of the intersection, across from the UT Health EMS Services building. The best way to drop off is from the South (Green Arrows on the map). Everything else will be blocked off. It is normal to park somewhere else and walk to the meeting location. Don’t forget, Tiger and Lion parents MUST be with their scout!

Parade will start at 9 AM, so there will be an hour between arriving and the start of the parade.

Dress – Scouts should be in as much “Class A” Uniform regalia as they own—Hat, Neckerchief, Slide, MB Sash, etc.

Bags – Feel free to bring a SMALL backpack or day pack to carry a few items. Scouts may want to bring some water and snacks.

Dead Time – Please encourage your scout to use his time wisely.

Parade Route – See the Map below. The Parade will start (we are FIRST) at 9:00 AM. The route will begin where we meet, travel west (left) down Front Street, through the Fair Grounds, and will end at Rose Stadium. In the past, the parade has entered the stadium from the Visitors’ side (North Side), walked around the Track, and ended past the Home entrance (South Side).

Pick-Up – Families need to pick up scouts PROMPTLY after we exit the stadium.

Thanks!
